Returns are free and easy! Just provide us with notice of cancellation within the 14 days from the date you received the goods and our Customer Service team will guide you through the returns process. After you have notified us of the cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. This can be done with a Returns Label via our couriers, or just return your item(s) to any of our stores nationwide.

Once the item has been received by us, or if the item is damaged or defective, you will be refunded for the charge of sending the parcel back or to the value of original delivery cost.
