How do I return a damaged or defective item?
If the item was damaged in transit: If you receive delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us for a replacement or refund. Just let us know that the item arrived damaged within the 14 days from the date you received the goods and our Customer Service team will guide you through the returns/replacement process. After you have notified us that you want to return the item(s), you have a further 14 days to do so. The item must be returned with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories intact. You will be refunded for postage and delivery charge up to the value of the original delivery charge.
If the item is defective (within 30 days of receipt) You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault. If any item that we deliver to you arrives damaged or is faulty, then we will happily replace the item for free or refund the item. We will refund the cost of returning the parcel up to the value of the original delivery charge.
