What is the procedure for returning items bought in store?
For returns of items purchased in store, we are happy to exchange or refund the merchandise. Goods must be returned as sold within 14 days to the original store of purchase along with a receipt.
Merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged within 14 days.
Clearance price merchandise may only be exchanged, or a credit note issued, if returned within 14 days and with an original receipt.
For Health and Hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on the following items unless unopened and sealed in original packaging or if faulty - Mattresses, mattress toppers or protectors, curtains, towels, toilet seats, throws and blankets, sofa covers, armchair covers, bedding (including duvets, duvet covers, bedspreads, pillows, pillowcases, fitted sheets, flat sheets, valances).
This does not affect the Emma®Mattresses Home Trial. Emma®Mattresses can be returned within 200 days as part of the extended 200 risk-free nights. Emma®Mattress Protector can be returned within 14 day trial. Emma®Pillow can be returned within 30 day trial.
All returns or exchanges must be done in the original store where goods were purchased.
You will be issued a refund by the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
